Communications Director. The individual described in Section 8.5.
Communications Director means the Director of Communications, Sheriff-Coroner Department, County of Orange, or designee, or upon written notice to LICENSEE, such person or entity as shall 24 be designated by the Sheriff-Coroner.

Communications Director means the Executive Director of the Communications Department.
