Personnel Support. The school administration and central office personnel shall continue to support and assist in the implementation of established policy.
Personnel Support. It is hereby acknowledged that SE Global is contracting with Capital Alliance to provide one or more individuals to provide the services. It is within the sole discretion of Capital Alliance whom it may chose to provide such services from time to time, so long as such person is competent to perform those tasks and such person has been approved by the Board. In the event that the Advisory Services to be provided to SE Global exceed the amount of time provided by this Agreement as basic retainer or reasonably exceed the capacity of Capital Alliance's personnel then, , [SE Global] shall pay for the employment of additional personnel (any such employment to be at SE Global's sole discretion), either directly or by contract through Capital Alliance, to perform the tasks requiring additional personnel as specified by Capital Alliance and at a rate determined by the Board. For the avoidance of doubt, any increase in personnel required or excess time spent providing the Advisory Services as aforesaid shall not entitle Capital Alliance to any increase in the Base Fee whatsoever.

As requested by Kraft, Supplier will provide personnel, at the rates set forth in the applicable Supplement or such other rates as may be agreed upon by the Parties, to staff vacancies and to provide management for the information technology functions needed to support such Entity, including on-site support at the location of such Entity.

Personnel Support. Each department establishing their own situation centre will be responsible for all personnel required to operate at that location. In addition, all field activities carried out by a department will utilize the staff of that particular department or other arrangements through mutual aid from other departments. Alberta Emergency Management Agency Staff will assist the Critical Plant Pest Operations Team in the COMOC.
Personnel Support. Within [***] days after the Amendment Effective Date, Rexahn shall provide the contact information of the Key Employees of Rexahn as set out in Schedule 2.k. to BioSense so that BioSense, if it determines necessary, may use its reasonable efforts to establish consulting arrangements if these employees terminate their employment with Rexahn, except Rexahn shall have no obligation whatsoever to procure any such consulting arrangements for the benefit of Biosense. Rexahn shall waive any non-compete, confidentiality, and IP ownership obligations of the Key Employees solely to the extent related to RX-3117, which may conflict with or restrict those employees from entering into consulting agreements with Biosense after those employees terminate their employment relationship with Rexahn.
Personnel Support. (a) Consistent with past practice, the Company Entities shall, in a manner deemed appropriate by the Company in its discretion, make available employees of such Company Entities with the requisite position, knowledge, skill and experience to coordinate the Company Entities' marketing and sales strategies with the Capital Entities' marketing and Financing and Ancillary Services strategies, to coordinate the actual marketing and sale of Products by such Company Entities with the offering and documentation of Financings and Ancillary Services by the Capital Entities, to receive and disseminate within each SBU within each such Company Entity and provide timely responses to communications, requests and information from the Capital Entities to such SBU, to coordinate cash management, accounting and systems interfaces between the Company Entities and the Capital Entities and to otherwise comply with such Company Entities' obligations to Capital hereunder.
Personnel Support. Entity shall make Entity personnel available to CCDPH to assist with Clinical Activities at dates and times previously arranged by the Parties. Such support may include, but is not limited to registration activities; completion of paperwork/data entry; mixing of vaccine components; vaccine administration; and observing for adverse events. For each Entity personnel providing Clinical Activities, Entity is responsible for confirming and affirming to CCDPH that such personnel has undergone a background check, drug screen, received the required vaccinations/immunity or waivers for vaccinations, and has the appropriate licensure for the Clinical Services they will be providing. Entity personnel shall follow the directions of CCDPH at all times while engaged in Clinical Activities. CCDPH reserves the right to request any or all Entity personnel provided for support removed from the Site at any time in CCDPH’s sole discretion. Entity agrees to immediately comply with such requests made by CCDPH.
