Contractor’s Commercial. General Liability and Commercial Automobile Liability Insurance policies shall provide that such policies are primary insurance to any other insurance available to the Additional Insureds, with respect to any claims arising out of this Agreement, and that the insurance applies separately to each insured against whom claim is made or suit is brought.

Contractor’s Commercial. Comprehensive General Liability Policy with a combined single limit for bodily injury, personal injury, death, and property damage of not less than $2,000,000.00 per occurrence;
Contractor’s Commercial. Automobile Liability Insurance covering all owned, non-owned, and hired vehicles, This coverage may be written in combination with the Commercial General Liability Insurance with separate limits for Commercial Automobile Liability and Commercial General Liability. Combined single limit per occurrence shall not be less than $1,000,000. If this coverage is written in combination with Commercial General Liability, the aggregate limit for Commercial General Liability shall not be less than $2,000,000 and the policy shall be endorsed to state that the aggregate limit of Commercial General Liability shall apply separately to the Contract.
