Contractor’s Services definition

Contractor’s Services shall have the meaning set forth in Article 3 of this Agreement. “Contracting Officer” shall mean the CHA’s CEO or his/her designee.

Contractor’s Services. Those services within the scope of work of this Contract or any exhibit, attachment or addendum thereto which relates to the Scope of Services in connection with Contractor's employment or practice. Examples of Contractor’s Services in a sentence

  • Confidential information shall also mean any other tangible or intangible information or materials including but not limited to computer identification numbers, access codes, passwords, and reports obtained and/or used during the performance of the Contractor’s Services under this Contract.

  • The consideration to be paid to Contractor, as provided herein, shall be in full payment for all Contractor’s Services and expenses incurred in the performance hereof, including travel and per diem.

  • Program information, data, and details relating to Contractor’s Services under this contract must be maintained separately from Contractor’s other activities.

  • The method and manner in which Contractor’s Services hereunder shall be performed shall be determined by Contractor and the County will not exercise control over Contractor or its employees except insofar as may be reasonably necessary to ensure performance and compliance with this Agreement.

  • The Contractor Representative shall directly manage Contractor’s Services under this Agreement.

Related to Contractor’s Services

  • Professional sports services contract means an agreement under which an individual is employed, or agrees to render services, as a player on a professional sports team, with a professional sports organization, or as a professional athlete.

  • Goods/Services means the goods and/or services detailed in the Purchase Order issued by Versuni Supplier; “Intellectual Property Rights” (or “IPR”) means all intellectual property rights of any nature applied for or existing anywhere in the world for their full term and together with any revivals, renewals or extensions. “Purchase Order” means the Versuni purchase order issued by Versuni to procure Goods/Services from the Supplier, to which these conditions are attached by reference;;
