Contractor’s Services. All tasks, actions, and work performed by Contractor or its affiliates or subcontractors pursuant to this Agreement and as further described in Section 2.

Examples of Contractor’s Services in a sentence

• The JBE may terminate this Agreement or limit Contractor’s Services (and reduce proportionately Contractor’s fees) upon Notice to Contractor without prejudice to any right or remedy of the JBE if: (i) expected or actual funding to compensate Contractor is withdrawn, reduced or limited; or (ii) the JBE determines that Contractor’s performance under this Agreement has become infeasible due to changes in applicable laws.

• The Contractor shall not publish or submit for publication any article, press release, or other writing relating to the Contractor’s Services for the AOC without prior review and written permission by the AOC.

• The AOC shall pay for Contractor’s Services satisfactorily performed through the effective date of termination; in no event shall Contractor’s compensation under this Section exceed the reasonable value of the performed Services, based on the Contractor’s progress of the Services performed and the proportionate corresponding value of the Contract Amount.

• The award of this Contract to Contractor is not in any way an endorsement of Contractor or Contractor’s Services by DCYF and shall not be so construed by Contractor in any advertising or publicity materials.

• Contractor understands and acknowledges that neither Enterprise Services nor Purchasers are endorsing Contractor’s Services or suggesting that such Services are the best or only solution to their needs.

More Definitions of Contractor’s Services

Contractor’s Services means all services performed for or delivered to Clients by Contractors.

Contractor’s Services shall enable Facilities to electronically transmit claims on at least a weekly basis.

Contractor’s Services means the services provided by Contractor to Qualified Participants in connection with Contractor’s participation in the City’s WIOA Programs pursuant to this Agreement and includes, but is not limited to, the provision of the services set forth in the Scope of Work.

Contractor’s Services means the ICT Services and the PP Services;
