Primary Insurance. Contractor's insurance coverage shall be primary insurance with respect to the Department, its officers, officials, employees, and volunteers and shall apply separately to each project or location. Any insurance or self-insurance maintained by the Department, its officers, officials, employees, or volunteers shall be excess of Contractor's insurance and shall not contribute with it.
Primary Insurance. Consultant’s insurance shall be primary insurance with respect to performance of this Agreement and in the protection of the City as an Additional Insured.

For any claims related to this Agreement, the CONCESSIONAIRE's insurance coverage shall be endorsed to be primary insurance as respects the COUNTY, its officers, officials, employees and volunteers. Any insurance or self-insurance maintained by the COUNTY, its officers, directors, officials, employees, or volunteers shall be excess of the CONCESSIONAIRE's insurance and shall not contribute with it.
Primary Insurance. All insurance provided in compliance with this Contract shall be primary as to any other insurance or self-insurance programs afforded to or maintained by the State of Washington and shall include a severability of interests (cross-liability) provision. This provision means all insurance policies shall include coverage for cross liability and contain a “Separation of Insureds” provision.
Primary Insurance. The Professional’s insurance shall be primary insurance with respect to performance of this Agreement and in the protection of NBU as an Additional Insured.
Primary Insurance. Developer’s insurance shall be deemed primary with respect to any insurance or self-insurance carried by the City for liability arising under this Agreement.

It is expressly understood and agreed that this policy provides primary cover for the insured parties and that in the event of loss destruction damage or liability covered by this policy which is covered either in whole or in part under any other policy or policies of insurance effected by or on behalf of any of the insured parties the insurers will indemnify the insured parties as if such other policy or policies of insurance were not in force and the insurers waive their rights of recourse if any against the insurers of such other policy or policies of insurance.

Primary Insurance. This insurance is primary except when b. below applies. If this insurance is primary, our obligations are not affected unless any of the other insurance is also primary. Then, we will share with all that other insurance by the method described in c. below.
