Contracting with an Educational Service Provider. The School shall not enter into a contract or subcontract for comprehensive management or administration services of its core educational program or services, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Commission or identified in Exhibit A (Educational Program). Such contracting is conditioned upon the School developing a management agreement with the educational service provider that meets the conditions in Exhibit C to this Contract; provided requirements of a School Improvement Grant or other federal grant shall control.
