Contract Identification Signs. The ESCO shall, unless specified otherwise in writing by the Project Manager, at ESCO’s own expense, erect and maintain in a prominent position upon the Project Site at a location approved by the Project Manager, a suitable sign, plainly lettered with the name and address of the ESCO, the character of the Work and the name of the Department under which the Contract is being carried out. No advertising matter other than the signs above noted shall be displayed on the Work.
