Strict Construction. The parties to this Agreement have participated jointly in the negotiation and drafting of this Agreement. In the event an ambiguity or question of intent or interpretation arises, this Agreement will be construed as if drafted jointly by the parties, and no presumption or burden of proof will arise favoring or disfavoring any party by virtue of the authorship of any of the provisions of this Agreement.
Strict Construction. The language used in this Agreement shall be deemed to be in the language chosen by the parties to express their mutual intent, and no rule of strict construction shall be applied for or against any party by reason of such party being deemed the draftsman hereof.
Strict Construction. This Agreement was the joint, negotiated product of the parties. Therefore, neither party shall advance a position that any provision hereof should be more strictly construed against the other party on the basis that such other party prepared such provision.
Strict Construction. No rule of strict construction shall be implied against the Company, the Committee or any other person in the interpretation of any of the terms of the Plan, this Agreement or any rule or procedure established by the Committee.
