Common use of Continuous Hours of Work Clause in Contracts

Continuous Hours of Work. A bargaining unit member may not be required to work in excess of two (2) consecutive regular shifts, not to exceed sixteen (16) hours within one (1) twenty-four (24) hour period except in an emergency.
