Continuing Guaranty; Reinstatement. (a) This Guaranty is a continuing guarantee relating to any Guaranteed Obligations, including Guaranteed Obligations which may exist continuously or which may arise from time to time in connection with successive transactions consummated under the Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents, and each Subsidiary Guarantor expressly acknowledges that this Guaranty shall remain in full force and effect notwithstanding that there may be periods in which no Guaranteed Obligations exist. This Guaranty shall, subject to Section 26 hereof, continue in effect and be binding upon each Subsidiary Guarantor until termination of the Commitments and payment and performance in full of the Guaranteed Obligations, except as to any Subsidiary Guarantor that has been released from its Guaranty pursuant to Section 10.22(b) of the Credit Agreement.

To the extent any payment is so rescinded, set aside, voided or otherwise repaid or restored, the Guaranteed Obligations shall be revived in full force and effect without reduction or discharge for such payment.
