Continuing Agreement definition

Continuing Agreement means an agreement that automatically renews unless terminated by one (1) party.
Continuing Agreement means any agreement, arrangement, commitment or understanding that survives the Closing Date pursuant to Section 2.4(b) of the Master Agreement;
Continuing Agreement means the Continuing Agreement (re Bilateral Reimbursement Agreement) in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit E.
