Contingency Plan and Emergency Procedures. The Contractor shall maintain contingency plans on site at all times and carry out these plans in the event of an actual emergency. The plan shall describe arrangements with local authorities and list names, addresses, and telephone numbers of all people qualified to act as emergency coordinators. If more than one emergency coordinator is listed, a primary contact shall be designated. The plan shall include a list of all emergency equipment and evacuation plans, where applicable. A copy of the contingency plan (and any revisions) shall be maintained at the Storage Facility and provided to all local authorities that may have to respond to emergencies (40 CFR §§264.53/265.53). The contingency plan shall be reviewed and amended, as required by the RCRA permit, when the applicable regulations or facility permits are revised, the plan fails in an emergency, or there are changes to the facility, the list of emergency coordinators, or the list of emergency equipment (§§264.54/265.54).

As was indicated in the section, Health Insurance & Confidentiality of Records, you must be aware that submitting a mental health invoice for reimbursement carries a certain amount of risk. Not all issues/conditions/problems, which are dealt with in psychotherapy, are reimbursed by insurance companies. It is your responsibility to verify the specifics of your coverage. If your account is overdue (unpaid) and there is no written agreement on a payment plan, Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxx can use legal or other means (courts, collection agencies, etc.) to obtain payment.

  • DISASTER OR EMERGENCY REPORTS Any disaster or emergency situation, natural or man-made, such as fire or severe weather, shall be reported telephonically within 72 hours, followed by a comprehensive written report within seven days to DHA.

  • Contingency Planning The Official Agency in conjunction with the Authority shall ensure that there are contingency plans in place at appropriate levels for dealing with food related crises and incidents. The contingency plan shall be in line with Article 115 of Regulation (EU) 2017/625 and include arrangements for activation of the plan, establishment of a crisis team, communication and information, out of hours contacts and on call services. As part of these plans, the Official Agency will provide the Authority with contact points for both office hours and out of office hours contact for emergency and crisis situations.   • Non-Emergency Transportation Routine medical transportation to and from Medicaid-covered scheduled medical appointments is covered by the non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) broker Medicaid program. This includes transportation via multi-passenger van services and common carriers such as public railways, buses, cabs, airlines, ambulance as appropriate, and private vehicle transportation by individuals. The NEMT broker must approve ambulance, multi-passenger van services, and transportation by common carriers. The MCO must inform enrollees of how to access non-emergency transportation as appropriate.

It is recommended that each resident maintain an emergency supply kit consisting of a first aid kit, three-day supply of water, non-perishable food, battery operated radio and flashlight, extra batteries, portable electronic device charger, gloves, and medications.
