Evacuation Plans. Upon the Union's request, each agency or work location shall submit to the Union for review and comment a copy of its emergency evacuation plan.

Evacuation Plans. Each Agency office shall be covered by an evacuation plan that sets forth procedures for safe and efficient evacuation during emergencies. The evacuation plan shall identify the employees who have volunteered, or whom the Agency has designated, to assist in the evacuation of Agency facilities. The Agency shall post a copy of the plan in each office, shall provide a copy to employees, and shall brief employees of each office in person on its contents and on any changes to it. The Agency shall provide all new employees with a copy of the evacuation plan during the first week of their employment and shall brief them on its contents during the first month of their employment. The employees in each office shall be included in all evacuation drills scheduled for their facilities. The Agency shall coordinate with the General Services Administration or other appropriate leasing agent to ensure that evacuation drills are scheduled periodically at all Agency locations. The Agency may meet these requirements by participating in building-wide plans and drills at Agency locations. The Agency and the Union shall meet upon the request of either to discuss the effectiveness of the evacuation plan for any office.
Evacuation Plans. PHSSA shall establish an individual evacuation plan for specific students with disabilities promptly upon their acceptance into PHSSA. PHSSA has a detailed general evacuation plan included as part of its “Safety and Security Plan.”

  • Retirement Plans In connection with the individual retirement accounts, simplified employee pension plans, rollover individual retirement plans, educational IRAs and XXXX individual retirement accounts (“XXX Plans”), 403(b) Plans and money purchase and profit sharing plans (collectively, the “Retirement Plans”) within the meaning of Section 408 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the “Code”) sponsored by a Fund for which contributions of the Fund’s shareholders (the “Participants”) are invested solely in Shares of the Fund, JHSS shall provide the following administrative services:

  • Lesson Plans Each teacher shall develop lesson plans for the instruction of students enrolled in his/her classroom. The primary purpose of lesson plans is to assist the classroom teacher with instruction. It also provides the basis to ensure that the state/county curriculum is being presented.

  • Benefits Plans During the Employment Period, You will be eligible to participate in all benefit plans in effect for executives and employees of the Company, subject to the terms and conditions of such plans.

  • Construction Plans Tenant shall prepare final plans and specifications for the Tenant Improvements that (a) are consistent with and are logical evolutions of the Approved Schematic Plans and (b) incorporate any other Tenant-requested (and Landlord-approved) Changes (as defined below). As soon as such final plans and specifications ("Construction Plans") are completed, Tenant shall deliver the same to Landlord for Landlord's approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. All such Construction Plans shall be submitted by Tenant to Landlord in electronic .pdf, CADD and full-size hard copy formats, and shall be approved or disapproved by Landlord within ten (10) business days after delivery to Landlord. Landlord's failure to respond within such ten (10) business day period shall be deemed approval by Landlord. If the Construction Plans are disapproved by Landlord, then Landlord shall notify Tenant in writing of its objections to such Construction Plans, and the parties shall confer and negotiate in good faith to reach agreement on the Construction Plans. Promptly after the Construction Plans are approved by Landlord and Tenant, two (2) copies of such Construction Plans shall be initialed and dated by Landlord and Tenant, and Tenant shall promptly submit such Construction Plans to all appropriate Governmental Authorities for approval. The Construction Plans so approved, and all change orders approved (to the extent required) by Landlord, are referred to herein as the "Approved Plans."

  • – DISABILITY INCOME PROTECTION PLAN 14.01 Income protection is payable when a full-time employee is absent from work due to legitimate personal illness or injury which is not compensable under the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act. It is understood that payment of income protection is for the sole and only purpose of protecting employees against the loss of income during time of such illness. Seniority and service will accrue and the Employer shall continue to pay its share of the premium for the benefit plans during the period of the income protection noted in this provision.

  • Corrective Action Plans If the OAG finds deficiencies in XXXXXXX’s performance under this Grant Contract, the OAG, at its sole discretion, may impose one or more of the following remedies as part of a corrective action plan: increase of monitoring visits; require additional or more detailed financial and/or programmatic reports be submitted; require prior approval for expenditures; require additional technical or management assistance and/or make modifications in business practices; reduce the contract amount; and/or terminate this Grant Contract. The foregoing are not exclusive remedies, and the OAG may impose other requirements that the OAG determines will be in the best interest of the State.

  • Medical Plans The Employer will maintain the current health (including vision) and dental insurance programs and practices. The Employer shall contribute 80% of the premium charge for PPO plans, 83% of premium for the POS plan, 85% of premium for the HMO plan, 80% for the prescription drug plan and 50% for the dental plan. There shall be no change in the State’s premium subsidy for health benefits plans in Fiscal Year 2012.

  • Orientation Program The Company will allow a designated representative of the Local or Bargaining Unit up to one (1) hour per calendar month for the purpose of conducting the Communications, Energy and Paperworkers Union New Members’ Orientation Program. Such meetings will be conducted during the probationary period of employees, and will be held on Company premises. Employees participating in Orientation Program meetings during their normally scheduled working hours will not suffer loss of pay at their regular rate. Orientation Program meetings will be scheduled by Management and a Management representative may attend as an observer.
