Contacting Customers. You understand and agree that Purchaser may, having taken title to the Receivables pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, and as the party at risk for the collection of the Receivables, contact your customers directly in order to: (a) assess the credit of such customers; and (b) collect such Receivables directly from customers.

Contacting Customers. Upon this Agreement’s termination or expiration for any reason, Hyatt has the right to contact those individuals or entities who have reserved rooms with Franchisee through the CRS, and any other Hotel customers, and inform them that Franchisee’s lodging facility no longer is part of the Hotel System. Hyatt also has the right to inform those individuals, entities and customers of other Franchise System Hotels and other Hyatt-Affiliated Hotels that are proximately located to Franchisee’s lodging facility in case they prefer to change their reservations so that they can stay at a Hyatt-Affiliated Hotel. Hyatt’s exercise of these rights will not constitute an interference with Franchisee’s contractual or business relationship. Franchisee acknowledges that the individuals and entities that made reservations with Franchisee’s lodging facility when it was a Hotel under this Agreement constitute Hyatt’s customers.
Contacting Customers. I will not contact any of Honey Bee Academy LLC current or past customers to better myself or others financially.

  • Clients in this context, clients are people who are dependent upon the caring skills and services of the local authority, for example, the elderly, mentally infirm, those with mental or physical impairments.   • Significant Customers The COMPANY has delivered to VPI an accurate list (which is set forth on Schedule 5.15) of (i) all significant customers, it being understood and agreed that a "significant customer," for purposes of this Section 5.15, means a customer (or person or entity) representing 5% or more of the COMPANY's annual revenues as of the Balance Sheet Date. Except to the extent set forth on Schedule 5.15, none of the COMPANY's significant customers (or persons or entities that are sources of a significant number of customers) have canceled or substantially reduced or, to the knowledge of the COMPANY, are currently attempting or threatening to cancel a contract or substantially reduce utilization of the services provided by the COMPANY.
