Contact Persons andSubmissions. A. Compliance Representative as Contact Person CHSPSC shall designate an individual to serve as the Compliance Representative (“CR”). The CR shall be an individual who is knowledgeable about the HIPAA Rules and about the policies and practices of CHSPSC with respect to ePHI. The CR shall be responsible for assuring CHSPSC’s compliance with this Agreement and the CAP and for arranging for the provision of such assistance as CHSPSC may require to comply with the Agreement and the CAP, including, but not limited to, arranging for and/or providing policies, procedures, training and internal monitoring services. The Company will communicate with the client about any notice, instruction, request or any other communication via the Client’s registered e-mail, the Client Dashboard, telephone or, where the Client wishes to send a formal communication to the Company in writing, via post to the Company’s registered address. All the Company’s contact details are available on the Compnay’s Website. Any communication from the Client to the Company shall be deemed effective on the date and time of reception by the Company. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure they have read all and any communication the Company may send from time to time, via any approved communication method.

  • Notices and Communications Any legal notice under this Agreement shall be in writing to the other party at such address as the other party may designate from time to time for the receipt of such legal notice and shall be deemed to be received on the earlier of the date actually received or on the fourth day after the postmark if such legal notice is mailed first class postage prepaid. In relation to communications other than legal notices under this Agreement, each party may communicate with and provide information to the other party in whatever medium deemed appropriate. This may include the use of e-mail, the internet or other electronic means, in the place of paper communications.
