HIPAA Rules. “HIPAA Rules” shall mean the Privacy, Security, Breach Notification, and Enforcement Rules at 45 CFR Part 160 and Part 164.
HIPAA Rules. The Privacy Rule and the Security Rule and amendments codified and promulgated by the HITECH Act are referred to collectively herein as “HIPAA Rules.”
