Clean-Up Period (a) Notwithstanding any other provision of any Finance Document:
Evaluation Period Customer’s right to use the Services on a Trial Basis are time-limited and will terminate immediately upon the earlier of (i) the trial end date as specified in an Order Form or other document executed by the parties regarding such trial, or (ii) the start date of when Customer purchases a right to use such Services on a non-Trial Basis, or (iii) the date when QuoVadis terminates Customer’s right to use the Services on a Trial Basis (which QuoVadis may do at any time in its sole discretion). Customer must cease using the Services on a Trial Basis upon any such termination.
Construction Period During the construction period, Redeveloper agrees to keep the construction area, including completed operations insured against loss or damage by fire, and such other risks, casualties, and hazards as are customarily covered by builders’ risk or extended coverage policies in an amount not less than the replacement value but allowing for reasonable coinsurance clauses and deductibles. In the event of any insured damage or destruction, Redeveloper agrees to use its good faith efforts to commence restoration of the Private Improvements to its prior condition within nine (9) months from the date of the damage or destruction, and shall diligently pursue the same to completion.
PRORATION PERIOD The Tenant: (check one) ☐ - Shall take possession of the Premises before the start of the Lease Term on , 20 and agrees to pay $ for the proration period. The proration rate is calculated by the monthly Rent on a daily basis which shall be paid by the Tenant upon the execution of this Agreement. ☐ - Shall not be taking possession of the Premises before the Lease Term.
Examination Period Following the execution date of this Agreement until 5:00 p.m., local time in Midland, Texas on June 18, 2012 (the “Examination Period”), Seller shall permit Buyer and/or its representatives (including Buyer’s Environmental Consultant) to examine, at all reasonable times, in Seller’s offices, all abstracts of title, title opinions, title files, ownership maps, lease files, contract files, assignments, division orders, operating and accounting records and agreements pertaining to the Assets insofar as same may now be in existence and in the possession of Seller, subject to such restrictions on disclosure as may exist under confidentiality agreements or other agreements binding on Seller or such data.
Concession Period The Concession hereby granted is for a period of [●]11 years commencing from Date of Award of Concession during which the Concessionaire is authorized and obliged to implement the Project and to provide Project Facilities and Services as per Scope of work in accordance with the provisions hereof. Planning Period Middle and High School teachers shall have one normal instructional period each day as preparation time or a cumulative plan time each week that would be equal to 160 minutes per four
Vacation Period The choice of vacation periods shall be granted to employees on the basis of seniority with the Employer except where the period requested would be detrimental to the operation of the Employer.
Distribution Compliance Period The Purchaser agrees not to resell, pledge or transfer any Purchased Shares within the United States or to any U.S. Person, as each of those terms is defined in Regulation S, during the 40 days following the Closing Date.
Investigation Period The first sentence of Section 4.1 of the Purchase Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and the following is hereby substituted in lieu thereof: “During the time period commencing upon the Effective Date of this Agreement, and terminating at 11:59 p.m. on October 18, 2012 (the “Investigation Period”), Buyer shall have the right to conduct and complete an investigation of all matters pertaining to the Property and Buyer’s purchase thereof including, without limitation, the matters described in this Section 4.1.”
