CONSERVATION PERIOD. The data required for contractual and accounting purposes are kept for the time necessary to carry out the commercial and accounting relationship. The data of those who do not purchase or use products / services, despite having had a previous contact with company representatives, will be immediately deleted or treated anonymously, where their conservation is not otherwise justified, unless it has been validly acquired. the informed consent of the interested parties relating to a subsequent commercial promotion or market research activity. CONSERVATION PERIOD. The Supplier acknowledges and agrees that there may be a certain time gap between the completion of the installation and the commencement of SAT due to delay or suspension by the IAA and/or delay or suspension in the commercial operation of concourse E, when the Supplier will be required to be present at the Site for the OMP (the "Conservation Period"). During the Conservation Period, the Supplier shall be required to perform all services that are specified in the Technical Specifications and shall be entitled to a monthly payment in the amount the Supplier has stipulated in the Detailed Price Proposal.

  • Limitation Period Except as stated in this Clause, all claims must be made within the period specified by applicable law. If the law allows the parties to specify a shorter period for bringing claims, or the law does not provide a time at all, then claims must be made within 18 months after the event(s) giving rise to a dispute occurs.

  • Evaluation Period Customer’s right to use the Services on a Trial Basis are time-limited and will terminate immediately upon the earlier of (i) the trial end date as specified in an Order Form or other document executed by the parties regarding such trial, or (ii) the start date of when Customer purchases a right to use such Services on a non-Trial Basis, or (iii) the date when QuoVadis terminates Customer’s right to use the Services on a Trial Basis (which QuoVadis may do at any time in its sole discretion).   • Construction Period During the construction period, Redeveloper agrees to keep the construction area, including completed operations insured against loss or damage by fire, and such other risks, casualties, and hazards as are customarily covered by builders’ risk or extended coverage policies in an amount not less than the replacement value but allowing for reasonable coinsurance clauses and deductibles. In the event of any insured damage or destruction, Redeveloper agrees to use its good faith efforts to commence restoration of the Private Improvements to its prior condition within nine (9) months from the date of the damage or destruction, and shall diligently pursue the same to completion.

  • Elimination Period Benefits commence after the employee has been totally and continuously disabled for fifty-two (52) weeks or has exhausted his weekly indemnity benefits whichever occurs last.
