CONSEQUENCES OF TESTING POSITIVE. Employees who provide valid pre-dated prescriptions for the substance(s) for which they test positive will not be disciplined. However, an employee may be required to authorize disclosure of all underlying medical condition(s) to the Board and transferred to a different position (if a position is available for which the employee is qualified) if, in the judgment of the Board, a safety hazard exists.
