Conditions, Supply and Maintenance of Equipment, Working Hazards. (a) Conditions The Union and the Employer agree that regulations made pursuant to the Workers Compensation Act, the Factories Act or any other Statute of the Province of British Columbia pertaining to the working environment, shall be fully complied with. First aid kits shall be supplied in accordance with this section.
