Conditions on use rights. The Xxxx Payment Service is provided to you on the condition that you not: (A) access or use any portion of the Xxxx Payment Service in a manner not permitted by this Agreement; (B) resell or otherwise make the Xxxx Payment Service available to any third party in connection with any hosting, time-sharing, service bureau, SaaS, or other service; (C) alter or remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices provided through the Xxxx Payment Service; (D) use the Xxxx Payment Service in any manner or for any purpose that infringes, misappropriates, or otherwise violates any intellectual property right or other right of a third party; (E) use the Xxxx Payment Service to commit fraud; (F) use the Xxxx Payment Service to attempt to gain unauthorized access to one or more accounts of any third party; or (G) use the Xxxx Payment Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation. Service Providers. In order for you to use the Xxxx Payment Service, we share your personal information with the Xxxx Pay Service Provider and other service providers who provide or support the Xxxx Payment Service, including the hosting of the Xxxx Payment Service and the initiation and completion of xxxx payment transactions. You acknowledge that those service providers may, in turn, delegate certain of their obligations to other third parties. However, these service providers and sub-service providers may only use your personal information in order to provide the Xxxx Pay Service.

  • Limitations on Rights of Others The provisions of this Agreement are solely for the benefit of the Owner Trustee, the Depositor, the Certificateholder, the Servicer and, to the extent expressly provided herein, the Trustee, the Trust Collateral Agent and the Noteholders, and nothing in this Agreement, whether express or implied, shall be construed to give to any other Person any legal or equitable right, remedy or claim in the Owner Trust Estate or under or in respect of this Agreement or any covenants, conditions or provisions contained herein.
