Comprehensive Major Medical Plan. Benefits are as set forth in the current benefit booklet. Benefits shall not be changed unless agreed to by the Board and the Association. The Board shall provide benefit booklets annually to all members of the Association. The Insurance Committee will administer the Wellness Plan; examples of items which may be considered by the Committee include flu shots and health and wellness exams. The plan should include $500 per teacher to be paid from the insurance account. Full-time student coverage will continue to the age of 26.

The plan should include an allocation of $500 per teacher. The cost to implement the Wellness Plan will be paid from the district Health Plan Account (HPA). Dependent coverage will continue to the age of 26 in accordance with state and federal guidelines.

  • Comprehensive General Liability Contractor shall have and maintain comprehensive general liability insurance coverage during the entire term of the Contract, against claims arising out of bodily injury, death, damage to or destruction of the property of others, including loss of use thereof, and including underground, collapse and explosion (XCU) and products and completed operations in an amount not less than five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000.00) each occurrence and one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) in the general aggregate.

  • MEDICAL AND HOSPITAL INSURANCE 14.1 Current practices will prevail for the duration of this Agreement, except that any changes in medical or hospital insurance plans, including the premium payable by employees, applicable to the majority of those employed in the Public Service for whom the Treasury Board is the employer, will during the life of this Agreement be applicable to the employees under this Agreement.
