Flu Shots Clause Samples

The 'Flu Shots' clause establishes requirements or provisions related to the administration or availability of influenza vaccinations. Typically, this clause may mandate that certain individuals, such as employees or residents in a facility, receive annual flu shots, or it may outline the responsibilities of an employer or service provider to offer or facilitate access to these vaccinations. For example, it might specify that flu shots must be provided at no cost to staff or that proof of vaccination is required as a condition of employment. The core function of this clause is to promote public health and reduce the risk of influenza outbreaks within the covered environment by ensuring widespread immunization.
