Flu Shots. The Board will provide flu shots on a voluntary basis for unit members, if flu vaccine is available at a reasonable cost not to exceed 140% of the previous year’s cost and if administered by a District 211 nurse.
Flu Shots. The Employer will provide flu shots to all Employees. These shots will be administered during the school year, the times, dates and places deemed advisable by the physicians, administration and the Union. Participation by the employees in this program shall be optional.
Flu Shots. The District shall provide flu shots on site to all employees on an annual, voluntary basis without cost to the employees.
Flu Shots. The Board of Education will provide and pay the cost of flu shots for all bargaining unit employees who desire the shot.
Flu Shots. A. The District will provide bargaining unit members the opportunity to receive flu shots at the District’s expense.
Flu Shots. The City agrees to reimburse fire fighters for the cost of a flu shot up to Ten Dollars ($10) per year per employee, provided that the employee submits a receipt from a medical provider that the employee has received a flu shot by January 1st of the following year.
Flu Shots. The Board shall arrange with competent medical authorities to administer a flu shot annually to any nurse who wishes to avail herself/himself of this service.
Flu Shots. The City agrees that if the health department is offering flu shots to City employees that said shots will be made available at no cost to Fire Department employees, however, if there are a limited number of vaccines available, vaccinations will be on a first come, first serve basis. It will be the members responsibility to make an appointment with the health department and will be done on the employees own time.
Flu Shots. The Employer agrees that if the Department of Education decides to make flu shots available at no cost to employees, efforts will be made to have the flu shots provided in locations near the employee’s workplace.
