Obligations The department commits to comply with and enforce all relevant legislations/regulations affecting the department. • Financial obligations – remittance of statutory deductions for casual staff by 9th of the following month (10%) • Prepare a program for carrying out medical certificates and issuance (5%) • Implement the program (60%) • Prepare a report and an action plan (25%)
