COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND LICENSING. No activities in violation of Federal, State, or Local laws, ordinances, rules or regulations or the policies of the MSDPT shall be permitted on the Premises. It shall be the responsibility of the Lessee during the term of this Agreement to enforce compliance of all of the foregoing by its employees, agents, invitees, guests, participants and attendees.
