Compliance with County Policies. Volunteer acknowledges that the Volunteer Project will be taking place at a site which constitutes a workplace for County employees and a location where services are provided by County to members of the public. As an express condition of being granted a right of entry by County to conduct the Volunteer Project, Volunteer agrees to comply and to require any of its paid employees, contractors and subcontractors engaged in the Volunteer Project to comply with the following County policies, copies of which are on file with the Clerk of the Napa County Board of Supervisors and which are incorporated by reference herein, and will not engage in any activities on the Subject Property as part of the Volunteer Project which would interfere with compliance or induce violation of these policies by County's employees or contractors.
