GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 7550. The CONTRACTOR shall be subject to the following part of Government Code Section 7550 concerning required notice on any documents or written reports that has prepared: "Any document or written report prepared for or under the direction of the State or Local Agency, which is prepared in whole or in part by non-employees of such Agency, shall contain the numbers and dollar amounts of all contracts and subcontracts relating to the preparation of such document or written report; provided, however, that the total cost for work performed by non-employees of the agency exceeds five thousand dollars ($5,000). The contract and subcontract numbers and dollar amounts shall be contained in a separate section of such document or written report.. . multiple documents or written reports are the subject or product of the contract, the disclosure section may also contain a statement indicating that the total contract amount represents compensation for multiple documents or written reports."
GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 7550. The CONTRACTOR acknowledges his/her obligation with respect to the required notice under Government Code Section 7550 on any documents or written reports prepared.
