Compliance with City Code. Franchisee shall comply with those provisions of the City code which are applicable, and with any and all amendments to such applicable provisions during the Term of this Agreement. Deleted: Contractor
Compliance with City Code. The Subrecipient shall comply with all applicable provisions of the City of Saint Xxxxxx, Missouri Code of Ordinances, including, but not limited to, procurement requirements.
Compliance with City Code. Displays shall be done to City Standards. All displays shall be installed in a safe and workmanlike manner and shall not interfere with the use of the city right-of-way or city property.
Compliance with City Code. Nothing in this Agreement with respect to any work performed on the Arena Facility by the Arena Manager or the Team Owner limits, restricts, or waives any requirement of law with respect to construction on public buildings or limits, restricts, or waives the City’s building safety requirements, including, but not limited to, permitting, inspections, and plan review.
Compliance with City Code. Each Lot is subject to and must at all times comply with the Residential On Site Ponding requirements of Section 19.16.060 of the City Code. The maximum depth of lot ponding will be one (1) foot based on a one hundred (100) year storm.
