Complete Agreement/Severability. This Waiver and Release of Claims constitutes the complete and final agreement between the parties and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous agreements, negotiations, or discussions relating to the subject matter of this Waiver and Release of Claims. All provisions and portions of this Waiver and Release of Claims are severable. If any provision or portion of this Waiver and Release of Claims or the application of any provision or portion of the Waiver and Release of Claims shall be determined to be invalid or unenforceable to any extent or for any reason, all other provisions and portions of this Waiver and Release of Claims shall remain in full force and shall continue to be enforceable to the fullest and greatest extent permitted by law.

Other than the agreements and/or obligations specifically referenced as surviving herein, this General Release constitutes the complete and final agreement between the parties and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous agreements, negotiations, or discussions relating to the subject matter of this General Release. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and replaces any and all prior written and oral agreements between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof. It is understood that any modifications, additions, or deletions must be in written form signed by both Parties as an addendum to this Agreement. Should any part of this Agreement be rendered or declared invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidation of a part or portion of this Agreement should not invalidate the remaining portions thereof, and they shall remain in full force and effect.
Complete Agreement/Severability. This Contract, when executed, together with all documents attached hereto or incorporated herein as provided for in Section 2: The Contract and Contract Documents shall constitute the entire agreement between the parties and this Contract may not be amended, modified, or terminated except by a writing signed by the Parties. In the event that any clause or provision of this Contract or any part thereof shall be declared invalid, void, or unenforceable by any court having jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining portions of this Contract unless the result would be manifestly inequitable, unconscionable or unlawful.

Complete Agreement/Severability. This Agreement may not be amended or modified in any manner (including by waiver) except by an instrument in writing signed by both parties hereto. The waiver by either party of compliance with any provision of this Agreement shall not operate or be construed as a waiver of any other provision of this Agreement or of any subsequent breach of such party of a provision of this Agreement. Any provision of this Agreement held legally invalid or unenforceable shall not affect the enforceability of the remaining provisions. If any court or arbitrator determines that the Notice Period or restrictive covenants, or any part thereof, are invalid or unenforceable, it is the intention of the parties that these Sections shall not be terminated but shall be deemed to be amended to the extent required to make them valid and enforceable.
Complete Agreement/Severability. This Agreement is the exclusive and complete agreement between you and the Company relating to the subject matter of this Agreement. No amendment of this Agreement will be binding unless in writing and signed by you and the Company. The parties acknowledge and agree that if any provision of this Agreement is found, held or deemed by a court of competent jurisdiction to be void, unlawful or unenforceable under any controlling law, the rest of this Agreement will continue in full force and effect. Additionally, a court of competent jurisdiction is authorized to modify any portion of this Agreement which is overbroad to make such portion enforceable.
