Compensation of Administrator. The Administrator shall receive compensation (if any) from the Trust on behalf of the Fund in respect of the services to be rendered and the facilities to be provided by the Administrator under this Agreement as set forth on Appendix A.
Compensation of Administrator. The Board of Trustees of the Trust have currently determined that, based on the current level of compensation payable to BMR by the Portfolio under the Portfolio's present Investment Advisory Agreement with BMR, the Administrator shall receive no compensation from the Trust or the Fund in respect of the services to be rendered and the facilities to be provided by the Administrator under this Agreement. If the Trustees determine that the Trust or Fund, should compensate the Administrator for such services and facilities, such compensation shall be set forth in a new agreement or in an amendment to this Agreement to be entered into by the parties hereto.
Compensation of Administrator. For the services to be rendered and the facilities to be provided by the Administrator hereunder, the Administrator will receive a fee from the Portfolio as agreed by the Administrator and the Portfolio from time to time as set forth on Schedule A attached hereto. This fee will be computed daily and will be payable as agreed by the Portfolio and the Administrator, but no more frequently than monthly.
Compensation of Administrator. Subject to paragraph 5 of the Plan, for the services to be rendered and the facilities to be provided by the Administrator hereunder, the Trust shall pay to the Administrator an administrative fee from the assets of each Fund as may be agreed to from time to time by the Trust and the Administrator. If LFBDS serves as Administrator for less than the whole of any period specified in this Section 3, the compensation to LFBDS, as Administrator, shall be prorated. For purposes of computing the fees payable to the Administrator hereunder, the value of the net assets of any Fund shall be computed in the manner specified in the Trust's then-current prospectus and statement of additional information.

(a) For the operational oversight services rendered, the facilities furnished and expenses assumed by Administrator, the Fund shall pay to Administrator at the end of each calendar month the allocated costs to Administrator of its operational oversight services to the Funds as determined under the TIAA-CREF organization’s cost allocation methodology, as it may be amended from time to time.

If the Board of Trustees determines that the Trust or a Fund should in the future compensate the Administrator for such services and facilities, such compensation shall be set forth in a new agreement or in an amendment to this Agreement to be entered into by the parties hereto.
Compensation of Administrator. For the services to be rendered and the facilities to be provided by the Sub-Administrator hereunder, the Sub-Administrator shall be paid an administrative fee as may from time to time be agreed to between the Administrator and the Sub-Administrator.
