Compassionate Transfer Sample Clauses

A Compassionate Transfer clause allows an individual, such as an employee or student, to request a transfer to a different location or position due to personal or family hardship. Typically, this clause outlines the qualifying circumstances—such as serious illness of a family member or other significant personal challenges—and the process for submitting and reviewing such requests. Its core function is to provide flexibility and support in exceptional situations, ensuring that individuals facing hardship are not unduly disadvantaged by rigid assignment or placement policies.
