Forms. All references in this Agreement to particular forms of registration statements are intended to include, and shall be deemed to include, references to all successor forms which are intended to replace, or to apply to similar transactions as, the forms herein referenced.
Forms. Forms for filing grievances, serving notices, taking appeals, making reports and recommendations, and other necessary documents shall be prepared jointly by the Superintendent and the Association and given appropriate distribution so as to facilitate operation of the grievance procedure.
Forms. Merchant will use only the forms or modes of transmission of Sales Drafts and Credit Vouchers that are provided or approved in advance by Bank, and Merchant may not use such forms other than in connection with card transactions.

Each Tax Indemnitee agrees to furnish from time to time to Owner or Mortgagee or to such other person as Owner or Mortgagee may designate, at Owner's or Mortgagee's request, such duly executed and properly completed forms as may be necessary or appropriate in order to claim any reduction of or exemption from any withholding or other Tax imposed by any Taxing Authority, if (x) such reduction or exemption is available to such Tax Indemnitee and (y) Owner has provided such Tax Indemnitee with any information necessary to complete such form not otherwise reasonably available to such Tax Indemnitee.
Forms. You must not require any Customer to complete a form that includes the Customer’s signature or any Payment Account Details in plain view when mailed.
Forms. Each Letter of Credit shall be in a form customarily used by the Fronting Bank that is to issue such Letter of Credit or in such other form as has been approved by such Fronting Bank. At the time of issuance or amendment, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the amount and the terms and conditions of each Letter of Credit shall be subject to approval by the applicable Fronting Bank and the applicable Borrower.
Forms. The Applicant agrees to use Alberta Innovates’ standard form documents found on the Alberta Innovates Grants Management System (GMS) and other forms or reporting templates which may be provided by Alberta Innovates from time to time during the course of completing and reporting on the Project. Alberta Innovates may update or amend its standard forms from time to time without notice to the Applicant. Accordingly, the Applicant is encouraged to access the particular form from Alberta Innovates’ website at the time it is required in order to ensure the most current version of the form is used.
Forms. The Requesting Party shall use NMPC-approved forms (including form subordination agreements) for obtaining, recording and transferring fee-owned right-of-way and easements. Proposed changes to such forms shall be discussed with and agreed upon with the assigned NMPC real estate attorney.
Forms. The Parties recognize that, during the Term, a Purchase Order acknowledgment form or similar routine document (collectively, “Forms”) may be used to implement or administer provisions of this Agreement. The Parties agree that the terms of this Agreement shall prevail in the event of any conflict between terms of this Agreement and the terms of such Forms, and any additional or different terms contained in such Forms shall not apply to this Agreement.

Forms for filing grievances, withdrawing grievances, serving notices, taking appeals, making reports and recommendations and other necessary or related proceedings, shall be prepared by the District after consultation with the Association. Multiple copies shall be available upon request from TUSD Employee Relations or the Association.
