Forms. All references in this Agreement to particular forms of registration statements are intended to include, and shall be deemed to include, references to all successor forms which are intended to replace, or to apply to similar transactions as, the forms herein referenced.

Forms. Forms for filing grievances, serving notices, taking appeals, making reports and recommendations, and other necessary documents shall be prepared jointly by the Superintendent and the Association and given appropriate distribution so as to facilitate operation of the grievance procedure.

Accordingly, the Applicant is encouraged to access the particular form from Alberta Innovates’ website at the time it is required in order to ensure the most current version of the form is used.

Forms. The Requesting Party shall use NMPC-approved forms (including form subordination agreements) for obtaining, recording and transferring fee-owned right-of-way and easements. Proposed changes to such forms shall be discussed with and agreed upon with the assigned NMPC real estate attorney.
Forms. The Parties recognize that, during the Term, a Purchase Order acknowledgment form or similar routine document (collectively, “Forms”) may be used to implement or administer provisions of this Agreement. The Parties agree that the terms of this Agreement shall prevail in the event of any conflict between terms of this Agreement and the terms of such Forms, and any additional or different terms contained in such Forms shall not apply to this Agreement.
