Communicating with You Electronically. If your consent is required by applicable law and you provide us with your consent, we may, at our option, provide any information, communication or disclosure relating to this Agreement to you electronically, including over the internet, through online or mobile banking or to an e-mail address you provide us for this purpose. For legal purposes, documents sent to you electronically will be considered to be “in writing” and to have been signed and/or delivered by us. We may rely upon and treat as duly authorized and binding on you any electronically authenticated document that we receive from you or which appears to have been sent by you. If you wish to communicate with us by electronic means, you may be required to comply with certain security protocols established by us from time to time and take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to any other documents exchanged between us electronically.

Communicating with You Electronically. You agree to provide Us with a correct and operational e-mail address for You and to notify Us promptly of any changes to Your e-mail address. You consent to receive by electronic means any information, communication or disclosure relating to this Agreement, notices of any changes to this Agreement, interest rate, fees or charges, and any other documents and agreements We are required by applicable law to provide in writing through either, at Our option, Simplii Financial web site at xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx or to the email address you provide. Online notifications are accessible for 13 calendar months after they are posted. Your consent takes effect immediately. You are responsible for retaining a copy of these electronic documents. You may cancel this consent at any time with respect to any documents or notices We are required to provide in writing by applicable law, or notify Us of changes to your e-mail address through Simplii Financial web site at xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx. For legal purposes, documents sent to You electronically will be considered to have been in writing and to have been signed and/or delivered by Us. We will not be responsible for any failure to communicate with You because of an incorrect e- mail address. Changing Your e-mail address for paperless statements may change Your e-mail address for other types of Simplii Financial services or communications.

  • Routine Communications All routine communications related to the Contract shall be sent to the Department’s Contract Manager. If any of the Contractor’s contract information changes during the life of the Contract, the Contractor shall notify the Department’s Contract Manager; such updates do not necessitate a formal amendment to the Contract. Communications relating to a Customer contract or purchase order should be addressed to the contact person identified in the contract or purchase order. Routine communications may be my email, regular mail, or telephone.

  • Contractor Communication or Disclosure The Contractor shall not make any public statements, press releases, publicity releases, or other similar communications concerning the Contract or its subject matter or otherwise disclose or permit to be disclosed any of the data or other information obtained or furnished in compliance with the Contract, without first notifying the Customer’s Contract Manager and securing the Customer’s prior written consent.

  • Posting of Communications (a) The Borrower agrees that the Administrative Agent may, but shall not be obligated to, make any Communications available to the Lenders and the Issuing Banks by posting the Communications on IntraLinks™, DebtDomain, SyndTrak, ClearPar or any other electronic platform chosen by the Administrative Agent to be its electronic transmission system (the “Approved Electronic Platform”).

  • Investor Communications If the Administrator receives, during any Collection Period, a request from a Noteholder or Verified Note Owner to communicate with other Noteholders and Note Owners regarding the exercise of rights under the terms of the Basic Documents, the Administrator will include in the Form 10-D for the such Collection Period the following information, to the extent provided by the Noteholder or Verified Note Owner in its request: (i) the name of the Noteholder or Verified Note Owner making the request, (ii) the date the request was received; (iii) a statement that the Administrator has received the request from that Noteholder or Verified Note Owner that it is interested in communicating with other Noteholders and Note Owners with regard to the possible exercise of rights under the Basic Documents; and (iv) a description of the method other Noteholders and Note Owners may use to contact the requesting Noteholder or Verified Note Owner. The Administrator is not required to include any additional information regarding the Noteholder or Verified Note Owner and its request in the Form 10-D, and is required to disclose a Noteholder’s or a Verified Note Owner’s request only where the communication relates to the exercise by a Noteholder or Verified Note Owner of its rights under the Basic Documents. The Administrator will be responsible for the expenses of administering the investor communications provisions set forth in this Section 23(b), which will be compensated by means of the fee payable to it by the Servicer, as described in Section 3.
