Collection System Capacity Analysis. This task includes the development of a calibrated computerized hydraulic model (SWMM) of the major conveyance infrastructure within the recently acquired HSE Utilities service area. This task generally includes gravity sewers 12-inches and larger and the major regional lift stations and force mains. It may also include smaller sewer segments at certain locations. It will also include updating the existing model of the original service area to include collection system modifications since the last model update. Particular focus will be given to the previous and potential modifications in the downtown area and the impact on the collection system. The two models will be combined into one unless it becomes apparent that would be too large to manage. Calibration of the model(s) will be completed using temporary flow monitoring data acquired as part of this scope of work. The model(s) will then be used to analyze collection system performance under current conditions and anticipated future development. Future planning will be based on the anticipated development through the end of the planning period.

  • Interconnection Customer Provided Services The services provided by Interconnection Customer under this LGIA are set forth in Article 9.6 and Article 13.5.1. Interconnection Customer shall be paid for such services in accordance with Article 11.6.

  • System Logging The system must maintain an automated audit trail which can 20 identify the user or system process which initiates a request for PHI COUNTY discloses to 21 CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY, 22 or which alters such PHI.   • Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) Capability The wind plant shall provide SCADA capability to transmit data and receive instructions from the ISO and/or the Connecting Transmission Owner for the Transmission District to which the wind generating plant will be interconnected, as applicable, to protect system reliability. The Connecting Transmission Owner for the Transmission District to which the wind generating plant will be interconnected and the wind plant Developer shall determine what SCADA information is essential for the proposed wind plant, taking into account the size of the plant and its characteristics, location, and importance in maintaining generation resource adequacy and transmission system reliability in its area.

  • Interconnection Customer Authority Consistent with Good Utility Practice, this LGIA, and the CAISO Tariff, the Interconnection Customer may take actions or inactions with regard to the Large Generating Facility or the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities during an Emergency Condition in order to (i) preserve public health and safety, (ii) preserve the reliability of the Large Generating Facility or the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities,

  • Preventive Care and Early Detection Services This plan covers, early detection services, preventive care services, and immunizations or vaccinations in accordance with state and federal law, including the Affordable Care Act (ACA), as set forth below and in accordance with the guidelines of the following resources: • services that have an A or B rating in the current recommendations of the U.S. Preventative Services Task Force (USPSTF); • immunizations recommended by the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention; • preventive care and screenings for infants, children, and adolescents as outlined in the comprehensive guidelines supported by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA); or • preventive care and screenings for women as outlined in the comprehensive guidelines as supported by HRSA. Covered early detection services, preventive care services and adult and pediatric immunizations or vaccinations are based on the most currently available guidelines and are subject to change. The amount you pay for preventive services will be different from the amount you pay for diagnostic procedures and non-preventive services. Preventive Office Visits This plan covers the following preventive office visits. • Annual preventive visit - one (1) routine physical examination per plan year per member age 36 months and older; • Pediatric preventive office and clinic visits from birth to 35 months - 11 visits; • Well Woman annual preventive visit - one (1) routine gynecological examination per plan year per female member.

  • Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement. These facilities include but are not limited to, a sufficient number of trunks to the point of interconnection with the tandem company, and sufficient interoffice and interexchange facilities and trunks between its own central offices to adequately handle traffic between all central offices within the service areas at P.01 grade of service or better. The provisioning and engineering of such services and facilities will comply with generally accepted industry methods and practices, and will observe the rules and regulations of the lawfully established tariffs applicable to the services provided.

  • Trunk Group Architecture and Traffic Routing The Parties shall jointly engineer and configure Local/IntraLATA Trunks over the physical Interconnection arrangements as follows:

  • Infrastructure Vulnerability Scanning Supplier will scan its internal environments (e.g., servers, network devices, etc.) related to Deliverables monthly and external environments related to Deliverables weekly. Supplier will have a defined process to address any findings but will ensure that any high-risk vulnerabilities are addressed within 30 days.

  • Interconnection Service Interconnection Service allows the Interconnection Customer to connect the Large Generating Facility to the Participating TO’s Transmission System and be eligible to deliver the Large Generating Facility’s output using the available capacity of the CAISO Controlled Grid. To the extent the Interconnection Customer wants to receive Interconnection Service, the Participating TO shall construct facilities identified in Appendices A and C that the Participating TO is responsible to construct. Interconnection Service does not necessarily provide the Interconnection Customer with the capability to physically deliver the output of its Large Generating Facility to any particular load on the CAISO Controlled Grid without incurring congestion costs. In the event of transmission constraints on the CAISO Controlled Grid, the Interconnection Customer's Large Generating Facility shall be subject to the applicable congestion management procedures in the CAISO Tariff in the same manner as all other resources.
