Information From Owner. 2.1.1 ENGINEER shall coordinate with OWNER to collect information and data pertinent to completion of this Master Plan, including the key items below. The list may be expanded or modified during the project. ENGINEER shall complete a thorough review of all data collected and follow-up with OWNER for additional information as needed. • Raw and final effluent flow and loading data, NPDES compliance reports, and IDEM inspection reports for the Xxxxxxx Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant for seven (7) years from 2015 through 2021 • Available flow meter or run time data for 2021, and for 2022 as available to correspond with the months that temporary flow monitoring data is collected, including from: - Xxxxxxx Creek WWTP influent flow meter data from Allisonville Road, Xxxxx Creek, and Cumberland Road lift stations - Hague Road and Winding Creek lift stations - All other remaining lift stations • Record drawings, basis of design data, and the rating increase request submittal in digital format for the most-recent Xxxxxxx Creek WWTP improvement project (designed by Xxxxxxx) • Previous WWTP and collection system improvements projects not already in ENGINEER’s possession from prior projects with OWNER • Lift station and Xxxxxxx Creek WWTP equipment O&Ms, including pump curves, in digital format • Routine maintenance schedules for Xxxxxxx Creek WWTP and collection system • Planning studies and estimated uses/EDUs for undeveloped areas and proposed redevelopment, including plans for the Airport, 96th & Allisonville, and Downtown areas • Current plans, if any, for providing sanitary utility service to specific unsewered developed areas • GIS shape files for OWNER’s service area (original service area and HSE Utilities acquisition) • Wastewater utility monthly revenue and expenses for 2021 • Current wastewater utility rate ordinance
Information From Owner. 4.1 Prior to the commencement of services, and continuing thereafter, Owner shall notify Engineer of any possible health or safety hazard existing on or near the site where services are to be or are being performed by the Engineer or its subcontractors.
