Common use of Collection Expenses Clause in Contracts

Collection Expenses. If Landlord consults an attorney or collection agency for the collection of any sums due from Tenant or otherwise in connection with Tenant’s performance hereunder, Tenant, whether or not proceedings are instituted, shall reimburse Landlord for the reasonable fees for such agency and/or legal counsel and court costs, if any, incurred by Landlord within ten (10) business days of Landlord’s demand for reimbursement (unless otherwise expressly provided herein), after which time interest shall be applied at the Interest Rate.
