Common use of Collection Expenses Clause in Contracts

Collection Expenses. If the Credit Union files a lawsuit to collect what you owe, you will pay any and all reasonable expenses incurred by the Credit Union, including, but not limited to, outside collection agency fees and attorneys’ fees. AGREEMENT CONTROLS: Both you and the Credit Union will be bound by this Agreement. If there are inconsistencies between this Agreement and something said by Credit Union employees, you agree that this Agreement controls. Federal laws and the laws of Michigan govern this Agreement.
