Collection and Use of Information Provided Under Other Authorities. This Agreement does not preclude WBE from separately collecting information from Consumers, Applicants, Qualified Individuals, or Enrollees, or their legal representative or Authorized Representative, for a non-FFE/ non-Hub purpose, and using, reusing, and disclosing the non-FFE/non-Hub information obtained separately as permitted by applicable law and/or other applicable authorities. Such information must be separately collected and stored from any PII collected in accordance with Section II.c of this Agreement.
Collection and Use of Information Provided Under Other Authorities. This Agreement does not preclude SHOP Agent/Broker from separately collecting information from Consumers, Applicants, Employers, Employees, Qualified Employers, Qualified Employees, and Enrollees, or their legal representative or Authorized Representative for a non-FF-SHOP/non-SBE-FP SHOP/non-Hub purpose, and using, reusing, and disclosing the non-FF-SHOP/non-SBE-FP SHOP/non-Hub information obtained separately as permitted by applicable law and/or other applicable authorities. Such information must be separately collected and stored from any PII collected in accordance with Section II.c of this Agreement.

This Agreement does not prohibit Agent from (i) separately collecting information from Consumers, Applicants, Qualified Individuals, or Enrollees, or their legal representative or Authorized Representative, for a purpose not related to YHI or the Hub or (ii) using, reusing, and disclosing this separately collected information as permitted by law. Any information Agent collects for a purpose not related to YHI or the Hub must be separately collected and stored from any PII collected under this Agreement.

This Agreement does not preclude ABE from separately collecting information from Consumers, Applicants, Qualified Individuals, or Enrollees, or their legal representative or Authorized Representative, for a non-FFE/non-SBE-FP/non-Hub purpose, and using, reusing, and disclosing such non-FFE/non-SBE-FP/non-Hub information obtained separately as permitted by applicable law and/or other applicable authorities. Such information must be separately collected and stored from any PII collected in accordance with Section II.c of this Agreement.

This Agreement does not preclude Web-broker from collecting information from Consumers, Applicants, Qualified Individuals, Enrollees, Qualified Employees and Qualified Employers—or their legal representatives or Authorized Representatives—for a non-FFE/non-SBE-FP/non-Hub purpose, and using, reusing, and disclosing the non-FFE/non-SBE-FP/non-Hub information obtained as permitted by applicable law and/or other applicable authorities. Such information must be stored separately from any PII collected in accordance with Section II.c of this Agreement. The Hub Web Services are not available for SHOP.

ABE agrees to allow the Consumer, Applicant, Qualified Individual or Enrollee, or these individuals’ legal representative or Authorized Representative, to limit the ABE’s creation, collection, use, maintenance, storage, and disclosure of their PII to the sole purpose of obtaining ABE’s assistance in applying for QHP, APTC or CSR eligibility, and for performing Authorized Functions specified in Section II.a of this Agreement. This Agreement does not preclude CDO from separately collecting information from Consumers, Applicants, Qualified Individuals, Enrollees, Qualified Employees, and Qualified Employers, and/or these individuals’ legal representative(s) or Authorized Representative(s), for a non-FFE purpose, and using, reusing, and disclosing such non- FFE information obtained separately as permitted by applicable law and/or other applicable authorities. Such information must be separately collected and stored from any PII collected in accordance with this Agreement. Any authorization for collection and use of PII under this provision is separate and distinct from the authorization obtained pursuant to Section III.4 above and II.2.b.vii and II.8, and should be obtained and maintained separately from that authorization.

This Acknowledgement does not preclude Agent/Broker/Entity from separately collecting information from Consumers, Applicants, Qualified Individuals, or Enrollees, or their legal representative or Authorized Representative, for a xxx-XxxxxXX.xxx purpose, and using, reusing, and disclosing such xxx-XxxxxXX.xxx information obtained separately as permitted by applicable law and/or other applicable authorities. Such information must be separately collected and stored from any PII collected in accordance with Section III.c of this Acknowledgement.

This Agreement does not preclude Staff Member/Volunteer from separately collecting information from Consumers, Applicants, Qualified Individuals, Enrollees, Qualified Employees, Qualified Employers, or their legal representative(s) or Authorized Representative(s), for a non-FFE purpose, and using, reusing, and disclosing such non-FFE information obtained separately as permitted by applicable law and/or other applicable authorities. Such information must be separately collected and stored from any PII collected in accordance with this Agreement. Any authorization for collection and use of PII under this provision is separate and distinct from the authorization obtained pursuant to Section III.d above and II.a.x.3, and should be obtained and maintained separately from that authorization.
