Cleaning and Clothing Allowance. Section 1: Each employee hereunder will be given uniforms, clothing and equipment as speci­ fied by the Sheriff and approved by the Board, but that the regular deputies will be issued a minimum of clothing and equipment as listed in Appendeces B, C and D and attached hereto. The Board shall maintain the clothing and equipment as provided. Upon termination of employment, it is the responsibility of the employee to return such clothing and equipment to the County. If not returned, the cost of the unreturned clothing and equipment will be deducted from the em­ ployee’s final paycheck and/or other termination remuneration.
