CLCS Responsibility for Special Education and Related Services. CLCS shall be solely and exclusively responsible for the provision of special education and related services to students enrolled in the Charter School. CLCS shall ensure that a free appropriate public education ("FAPE") shall be provided for all students with disabilities, regardless of the severity of their disabilities, attending the Charter School in accordance with state and federal legal mandates, and the North Region Special Education Local Plan, including but not limited to, the following:
