Civil Rights; Equal Employment Opportunity. 7.2.1 Integrator shall not, and shall cause the Subcontractors to not, discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin or sex in the performance of the Work under the Contract Documents. Integrator shall carry out, and shall cause the Subcontractors to carry out, applicable requirements of 49 CFR Part 26 in the award and administration of FHWA-assisted agreements. Failure by Integrator to carry out these requirements is a material breach of this Agreement, which may result in the termination of the Contract Documents or such other remedy as TxDOT deems appropriate.
