CITY NOT LIABLE FOR DELAYS. The City shall not be liable or responsible to the Contractor or to any other persons due to any stoppage or delay in the collection services by injunction or other legal proceedings brought against the Contractor, or from or due to any delay from any cause over which the City has no control. Further, the Contractor shall hold harmless and indemnify the City from any claims arising from this section.
