Common use of Childbearing Leave Clause in Contracts

Childbearing Leave. a. Xxxxxxxxxxxx leave will commence and terminate on dates that are determined jointly by the employee and the employee’s physician. A written notice, stipulating such dates, shall be submitted to the Board at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to the commencement of the leave, provided, however, that in the case of emergency such submission shall not be required thirty (30) days in advance.
