Chief Executive Officer and Secretary Sample Clauses

The 'Chief Executive Officer and Secretary' clause defines the roles, responsibilities, and authority of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the Secretary within an organization. Typically, this clause outlines the CEO's powers to manage the company's day-to-day operations and the Secretary's duties related to maintaining corporate records and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
