Change of Business Location. The Employer may also change the Employee’s Place of Work if the Employer relocates its business, provided that the new Place of Work is within a reasonable travel distance of the Employee’s current Place of Work.

Change of Business Location. Change of Lock-Boxes, Collection Accounts, or Lock-Box Banks. (i) Notify the Agent at least thirty (30) days in advance of (x) any change in the location of the principal place of business of the Borrower, (y) the establishment of any new, or the discontinuance of any existing, place of business, or (z) any change to its name or of the use of any tradenames, fictitious names, assumed names or "doing business as" names, and, in each case, execute, deliver, and file (and, if necessary, pay related filing fees and taxes) all such documents as may be necessary or advisable in the opinion of the Agent and the Agent's legal counsel to continue to perfect and protect the Liens of the Agent in the Collateral (including, without limitation, UCC financing statements). Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, the Borrower may not move its principal place of business to a location outside of the United States.

Change of Business Location. Each of the BORROWERS shall notify the LENDER thirty (30) days in advance of: (a) any change in the location of its existing offices or place of business; (b) the establishment of any new, or the discontinuation of any existing, place of business; and (c) any change in or addition to the locations at which the COLLATERAL is kept. Prior to moving any COLLATERAL to any location not owned by it (other than deliveries to ACCOUNT DEBTORS of sold or leased items), each of the BORROWERS shall obtain and deliver to the LENDER an agreement, in form and substance acceptable to the LENDER, pursuant to which the owner of such location shall: (a) subordinate any rights which it may have, or thereafter may obtain, in any of the COLLATERAL to the rights and security interests of the LENDER in the COLLATERAL; and (b) allow the LENDER access to the COLLATERAL in order to remove the COLLATERAL from such location. In the event any COLLATERAL is stored with a warehousemen or other bailee, and the COLLATERAL is evidenced by a negotiable document of title, each of the BORROWERS shall immediately deliver the document of title to the LENDER.
