Change in Location or Name. Without at least 30 days’ prior written notice to Lender: (a) not relocate any Collateral or Records, its chief executive office, or establish a place of business at a location other than as specified in the Supplement; and (b) not change its name, mailing address, location of Collateral, jurisdiction of incorporation or its legal structure.

Fast Forward shall not (i) have any Inventory, Equipment or Fixtures which is at such time included by AirNet in the calculation of the Borrowing Base, or proceeds or products thereof (other than Inventory and proceeds thereof disposed of as permitted by Section 4.1(e)) at a location other than a location specified in Exhibit “A”, (ii) maintain records relating to the Receivables at any time included by AirNet in the calculation of the Borrowing Base at a location other than at the location specified on Exhibit “A”, (iii) maintain any material place of business at a location other than a location specified on Exhibit “A”, unless Fast Forward and/or AirNet shall have given Agent not less than 15 days’ prior written notice thereof, (iv) change its name or taxpayer identification number, unless Fast Forward and/or AirNet shall have given Agent not less than 15 days’ prior written notice thereof, (v) change its mailing address, unless Fast Forward and/or AirNet shall have given Agent not less than 15 days’ prior written notice thereof, or (vi) change the jurisdiction of its organization, whether by “reorganization” in another state or otherwise, unless Fast Forward and/or AirNet shall have given the Agent not less than 30 days’ prior written notice thereof, and the Agent shall have reasonably determined that any of the foregoing events specified in (i) – (vi) above will not adversely affect the validity, perfection or priority of the Agent’s security interest in the Collateral.

If and to the extent the same would in any manner impair the creation, perfection or priority of Lender's security interest in the Collateral, (a) maintain items of Collateral, Records, its chief executive office or residence, or a place of business at a location other than specified in the supplement; or (b) change its name, mailing address, or its legal structure.

Without at least 15 days’ prior written notice to Agent: (a) not relocate any Collateral or Records, its chief executive office, or establish a place of business at a location other than as specified in the Supplement; and (b) not change its name, mailing address, location of Collateral, jurisdiction of incorporation or its legal structure.

The Grantor will not (a) maintain a place of business at any location other than the location specified in the preamble to this Agreement, (b) change its name, or (c) change its mailing address, unless, in each case, the Grantor shall have given the Lender at least thirty (30) days' prior written notice thereof, including the new address or name, and delivered any financing statements or other documents requested by the Lender.

Without at least 5 days’ prior written notice to Lender (or such shorter period as may be agreed to by Lender in its sole discretion): (a) not relocate any Collateral (other than mobile Equipment in the possession of Borrower’s employees or agents or Inventory in transit) with an aggregate value in excess of the Threshold Amount or Records, its chief executive office, or establish a place of business at a location other than as specified in the Supplement; and (b) not change its name, mailing address, location of Collateral with an aggregate value in excess of the Threshold Amount (except Transfers permitted by Section 6.5 and other than mobile Equipment in the possession of Borrower’s employees or agents or Inventory in transit), jurisdiction of incorporation or its legal structure.
Change in Location or Name. Fail to give written notice to Lender within 30 days after the occurrence of any: (a) change in the location of any Collateral or Records, its chief executive office, or a place of business other than as specified in Article 3; or (b) change its name, mailing address, location of Collateral, or its legal structure.

Without giving Administrative Agent at least 30 days' prior written notice, Company will not (i) have any Equipment or Fixtures or proceeds or products thereof (other than Equipment, Fixtures or proceeds thereof disposed of as permitted by Section 4.1(h)) at a location other than a location specified in Exhibit B, (ii) maintain records relating to the Receivables at a location other than at the location specified on Exhibit A, (iii) maintain a place of business at a location other than a location specified on Exhibits A and B, or (iv) change its name or its mailing address or adopt a trade or assumed name.
