Change in Level/Salary. .1 Salary shall be based on qualifications and documented experience submitted at the time of hiring. It should be understood that any subsequent changes affecting certification and/or experience must be supported by approved documentation and such documentation must be provided to the Human Resources Department before the resultant adjustment in salary is made.

Change in Level/Salary. .3 If a change in level is to be effective for September 1st; the Q.E.C.O. Evaluation Certificate must be submitted prior to December 15th of that school year. The submission of all required documents to Q.E.C.O. on or before October 15th shall be deemed to be in compliance with the December 15th deadline. Any resultant adjustment in salary shall be made by retroactively placing the Teacher on the salary grid according to revised qualifications and recognized years of experience effective the start of the school year.
