Co-ordinator. A. A Co-ordinator means a carer at a Long Day Care/Preschool who holds an AQF Certificate III in Children’s Services or a carer in an OOSH and who is appointed to co-ordinate, administer and manage a service.
Co-ordinator. 6.4.1 The Co-ordinator shall be the intermediary between the Parties and the Funding Authority and shall perform all tasks assigned to it as described in the Grant Agreement and in this Consortium Agreement.
Co-ordinator. The allowance for Co-ordinator is 7% of salary on grid annually. Co-ordinator means a certified teacher who holds the necessary qualifications for the position. A Co-ordinator in accordance with the requirements under the Education Act and Regulations is responsible for co-ordination, supervision and delivery of programmes. A Co-ordinator shall serve on the basis of a renewable fixed term appointment as determined by the Board.
Co-ordinator. The Co-ordinator shall be the intermediary between the Contractors and the Commission and shall perform all tasks assigned to it as described in the Contract and hereunder. In particular, the Co-ordinator shall be responsible for:
Co-ordinator. The annual salary allowance for a Co-ordinator for the period September 1, 2008, to August 31, 2009, shall be $10,280.00. The annual salary allowance for a Co-ordinator for the period September 1, 2009, to August 31, 2010, shall be $10,588.00. The annual salary allowance for a Co-ordinator for the period September 1, 2010, to August 31, 2011, shall be $10,906.00. The annual salary allowance for a Co-ordinator for the period September 1, 2011, to August 31, 2012, shall be $11,233.00. New appointments shall be on a term basis for not less than one (1) and for up to three (3) years, with Board option to extend on a yearly basis.
Co-ordinator. 4.1 The Co-ordinator shall, in co-ordination with the Governing Board and the Steering Committee, administer the Grant Agreement, ensure the scientific management and direction of the Project and liaise between the Parties and the Commission. To this effect, the Co-ordinator shall discharge on behalf of the Parties such duties as are defined by the Grant Agreement and/or this Agreement. The Parties agree that CERN acts as Co-ordinator for the Project.
Co-ordinator. 3.2.1 TRIT shall be appointed Co-ordinator of the Project.
Co-ordinator. 4.1 The co-ordinator shall, with the assistance of the PEB and in co-ordination with the PMB, administer the contract, ensure the scientific management and direction of the project and liaise between the parties and the Commission. To this effect, the co-ordinator shall discharge on behalf of the parties such duties as are defined by the contract and/or this agreement.
Co-ordinator is the intermediary to the European Commission is authorised to execute the project management, shall report and be accountable to the Project Co-ordination Committee (which shall in turn report and be accountable to the General Assembly) under the conditions set forth in Section 5.4.
Co-ordinator. In entering into this agreement the Co-ordinator is acting on its own behalf and on behalf of each Obligor (other than the Parent which is entering into this Agreement in its own capacity) pursuant to Clause 6 (Co-ordinator) of the Original Facility Agreement.
