Change Collocation Sites. Sprint will be entitled, upon not less than 3 months’ written notice from time to time to Customer, to move the Equipment to a different place within the Collocation Site, or to a different Collocation Site as designated in writing to the Customer by Sprint, provided only that the Collocation Site concerned is reasonably close to the Collocation Site (and that Collocation Site will then become the “Collocation Site” for the purposes of this Agreement). The costs and expenses incurred in moving and installing the Equipment will be borne by Sprint, or Collocation Provider per their contractual arrangements.

  • Collocation Decommission Collocation Decommission refers to the deactivation of a Collocation site occupied by CLEC and removal of CLEC equipment. Collocation Decommission is offered for all types of Collocation. A request for decommissioning is irrevocable once CenturyLink accepts the Collocation Decommission Application.

  • Data Center Location Upon the effective date of the Agreement, the Data Centers used to host Personal Data in the Cloud Service are located in the EEA or Switzerland. SAP will not migrate the Customer instance to a Data Center outside the EEA or Switzerland without Customer’s prior written consent (email permitted). If SAP plans to migrate the Customer instance to a Data Center within the EEA or to Switzerland, SAP will notify Customer in writing (email permitted) no later than thirty days before the planned migration.

  • Service Location The services shall be performed at all contracting and participating facilities of the Contractor.

  • Collocation Interconnection may be accomplished through the Collocation arrangements offered by CenturyLink. The terms and conditions under which Collocation will be available are described in Article IX of this Agreement.

  • Service Locations X.X. Xxxxxx maintains various operational/service centers and locations through the United States and foreign jurisdictions. The services provided under this Agreement may be provided from one or more such locations. X.X. Xxxxxx may change the operational/service centers and locations as it deems necessary or appropriate for its business concerns.

  • Communications Equipment Members of the board of directors or any committee thereof may participate in and act at any meeting of such board or committee through the use of a conference telephone or other communications equipment by means of which all persons participating in the meeting can hear each other, and participation in the meeting pursuant to this section shall constitute presence in person at the meeting.

  • ON-SITE STORAGE With the written approval of the Authorized User, materials, equipment or supplies may be stored at the Authorized User’s site at the Contractor’s sole risk.
