Common use of Cessation of Vacation Accrual Clause in Contracts

Cessation of Vacation Accrual. (a) Notwithstanding Article 24.02 above, accrual of vacation pay will cease during a period of Employee absence in excess of thirty (30) calendar days, for any or a combination of the following reasons:
