CEQA Scoping Documentation Sample Clauses

CEQA Scoping Documentation. This task will include development of the project description for the CEQA document, and release of a Notice of Preparation (NOP) for the EIR. Preparation of an Initial Study along with the NOP is not proposed to save time and money as it is known that an EIR will be prepared. Preparation of the project description will involve definition of the project objectives and identification of project alternatives. MIG will utilize the preliminary design details to prepare the project description. It is assumed that two drafts and one final project description/NOP would be generated under this task. Costs are included to organize and facilitate one public scoping meeting.
